4.2 Clients are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal or professional advice before sharing a competitor’s quote to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
4.3 If necessary, clients should obtain written consent from the competitor before sharing the quote or redact commercially sensitive details, ensuring that essential information (such as scope, materials, and pricing) remains visible.
4.4 Menara Construction reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted quote while respecting confidentiality obligations.

5. Fair Comparison and Pricing
5.1The competitor's quote must pertain to an equivalent scope of work, materials, and quality standards.
5.2 Menara Construction will conduct an independent assessment to determine if a more competitive offer can be provided.
5.3 Any potential savings, including the possibility of reducing costs by $100 to $150 per square meter, will be evaluated based on the specific project details. Actual savings may vary and could be higher or lower.

6.1 Menara Construction is committed to adhering to the Commerce Act 1986 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibit anti-competitive behavior and misleading practices.

7.1 This offer is not applicable to projects that are already under contract with Menara Construction.

9. No Obligation Clause
9.1 Clients are under no obligation to proceed with Menara Construction after receiving a revised quote.
9.2 Menara Construction reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with its operational capacity or expertise, maintaining compliance with fair trading practices.

10.1 The final decision regarding the provision of a revised quote rests solely with Menara Construction.

11.3 Menara Construction bears no liability for any consequences arising from the client’s disclosure of a competitor’s quote.
