Managing and constructing site to meet resource consent conditions, obtaining s223, 224C, and up to the issuance of certificate of title.
Full Project Management
Managing residential new build PLUS managing subdivision related items such as Engineering Plan Approval (EPA), driveways and drainages to obtain title and CCC.
Earthworks + Subcontracts
Earthworks including cut and fill, piling, retaining walls, trenching, and various other subcontract works available: foundation, framing erection, cladding and more!
